PRESS RELEASE

The 2024 NJ Senior Citizen Art Show opens on Saturday, October 5 at Meadow Lakes Senior Living (300 Meadow Lakes, East Windsor, NJ) and will remain open to the public until Wed., October 30.
This is the 58th annual State Senior Citizen Art Show, which is featuring more than 250 works of art by artists over the age of 60 and representing 20 of the State's 21 counties.
The work - by both professional and non-professional artists in 11 categories (acrylic, craft, digital arts, mixed media, oil, pastels, photography, print, sculpture, watercolor, and works
on paper) - will be reviewed by a 3-person panel of professional artists. After careful review, the judges will select first, second, and third place winners and honorable mentions in each category.

Hours for viewing the exhibit are Mondays – Saturdays, from 10 am – 4pm.

The New Jersey Senior Citizen Art Show is a project of the Mercer County Cultural & Heritage Commission, the Board of Commissioners, and the New Jersey State Council on the Arts, a partner agency of the National Endowment for the Arts.

Pick-up of artwork following State Show.

Senior Citizens from Warren County who participated in the NJSCAS will be contact to schedule a pickup of their artwork, ribbons and certificates following the conclusion of the State Show in November.
